1) Create your PowerPoint presentation, using large photos or graphics and few, if any words, on each page
2) Add narration to each slide
Insert Menu--> Movies and Sounds--> Record Sounds...
Click the redRecord Button to start recording
Click the Stop Button to stop recording
Click the Play Button to review the recording
Rerecord, if necessary
Name the recording
Click the Save Button
3) When you have completed the slide show and added all the audio, preview it in its entirety SlideShow Menu--> View Show
Make sure that everything is the way you want it. Does each slide stay on the screen until your narration is complete?
4) If you need to adjust the amount of time a slide remains on the screen...
SlideShow Menu--> Slide Transition
Use the pop-up box to set the time a slide remains on the screen
You can set each slide individually by clicking the Apply button
or set all at once with the same timing by clicking the Apply to All button
5) When you are satisfied with your slide show, it's time to save it as a movie! File Menu--> Make Movie
Make sure Append file extension is checked. Keep the name of your movie very short, and
be certain the name ends with .mov
